FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

270 € FOR CHILDREN /UP TO 16 YEARS/
296  € FOR ADULTS
THE AMOUNT IS FOR ONE PERSON AND INCLUDES:
- Accommodation in hotel ** in rooms with 3 or 4 beds, private bathroom (6 nights)
- Feeding at half-board (breakfast and dinner)
- boat Punta Sabbioni – Venezia – Punta Sabbioni (only for the participants);

Extra night:  40 € (HB- breakfast and dinner) per person per day;

*Group over 25 persons – the 26-st person /leader/ will be accommodated gratis for the period of the Festival, the 27-th and 28-th person will be accommodated at the prices for children up to 16 years.
* The persons, that turned 16 years before the Festival /born before 09.09.2001/, are considered as adults.

 

EXTRA PAYMENT

- Transfer Hotel/Jesolo - Punta Sabbioni – Hotel/Jesolo, boat Punta Sabbioni – Venezia – Punta Sabbioni for the accompanying persons (the price depends on the number of persons).
- Single room: 18 € per room per day;
- Double room: 14 € per room per day;

  • SOLOISTS – 60 € per person
  • SMALL FORMATIONS: DUET – 60 €, TRIO – 75 €
  • FORMATIONS / 4 -8 persons/ - 100 € per formation
  • FORMATIONS /9 -13 persons / - 150 € per formation
  • FORMATIONS more than 13 persons – 12 € per person

AS FOLLOWS:
- By 30.VI. 2017 - 40% of the calculated sum
- By 15.VIII 2017 - 60% of the calculated sum residue

ATTENTION!  The advance payment of 40% of the total serves like a reservation in the hotels and it is not subject to refund in case the participant fails to appear at the festival, owing due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

  • ВIN THE FESTIVAL CAN TAKE PART YOUNG TALENTS from 5 to 30 years old.
  • The participants have 2 performances with duration
    -    up to 3:30 minutes each for the vocal formations and soloists
    -    up to 4:30 minutes for the rest

*In case of the performances, exceeding the up-mentioned duration, the Jury will cease the performance.

-  Vocal soloists and vocal groups - folklore, pop and classic
-  Dance soloists and Dance groups (contemporary, classical ballet,folklore, stylized dance, break, hip hop)
-  Majorettes (baton and pompon)
-  Instrumental
-  Brass, simphonic, percussion and folklore orchestras- children’s, youth and student;
-  Choirs - children’s, youth and student

AGE GROUPS

SOLOISTS:
I-st age group:  up to  7 years old (including)
II-nd age group - from 8 to 10 years old (including)
III-th age group - from 11 to 13 years old (including)
IV-th age group - from 14 to 16 years old (including)
V-th age group - from 17 to 25 years old (including)
   
VOCAL FORMATIONS, INSTRUMENTALISTS, CHOIRS, DANCE FORMATIONS
I-st age group - up to 10 years old (including)
II-nd age group- from 11 to 13 years old (including)
III-th age group - from 14 to 18 years old (including)
IV-th age group - from 19 to 25 years old (including)

ORCHESTRAS
I-st age group – School orchestras – up to 18 years old
II-nd age group- Student orchestras – over 19 years old

THE APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL, MUST INCLUDE :
- Correctly filled application form;
- Audio and video materials, demonstrating the artistic level of the candidates;
- Brief artistic biography +2 photos;
- The instrumentals and/or musical accompaniments of performances should be sent no later than 30 days before the start of the festival

TRANSPORT

Every participant should take care of the transport to the places of accommodation and back, to the places of festival activities / parades, concerts and others/ and back.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.    A fully-filled application is obligatory for the participation in the Festival.
2.    Detailed list with the dates of birth and the passport data of the participants and the accompanying
3.    The leaders of the delegations are responsible for the life, health and behaviour of members of delegations during their stay in Italy, and also for costumes, stage properties and belongings.
4.    The participants must sign a Declaration which they grant the rights on the AUDIO and VIDEO recordings for the aims of the festival.
5.    The members of the Jury and the organizers reserve the right to judge who will participate in GALA concert and what kind of performances will be presented.
