• XXV Anniversary International Art festival for children and youth “WE- XXI CENTURY” will be held on 17 to 24 August 2017 in the most popular seaside resort in Bulgaria – Sunny Beach.
• The Art festival is organized by Art Center Karnolsky with the cooperation of the International Art Academy “Europe”, Association of the Bulgarian Teachers, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria and under the patronage of Mrs. Yanka Takeva – Chairman of Association of the Bulgarian Teachers.
• The initiative manages to gather on the same stage hundreds participants, children and young people from different countries and cultures in from of huge and devoted audience. The festival aims to make long lasting friendships and partnerships between the different cultures in the Art field.
• Artistic Director of the festival is Snezhana Polihronova-Karnoslky.
• When GRAND PRIX is nominated from the jury of the festival, the winner receives prize of 500 €.
• During the last year in “WE- XXI CENTURY” participated more than 300 talented young people between 5 to 21 years old from 8 different countries. All of them compete in five different competition categories. While the four concerts in “Sol Nessebar Resort” the audience was more than 4 000 people. This year the concerts will be held in the Ancient city in Nessebar, Arena theater Saint Vlas and also in the open stage in the hotel complex “Happy land” in Sunny beach.
• During 2017 the Gala concert of the Art festival “WE- XXI CENTURY” is going to be filmed by the Bulgarian National Television and in addition to be created special movie and later aired in the same television.
• Festival is quite popular in Bulgaria, due to our media partner – Bulgarian National Television, also with the assistance of our partnership with other national and international media.  
• Participating in “WE- XXI CENTURY” has been beneficial for the young and talented Russian star - Dima Bilan, who won Eurovision in 2008 and also the Russian vocal group “Neposedi” which had the opportunity to perform on same stage with Luciano Pavarotti, Sara Brightman, Pink, and Kylie Minogue.
