 The International Arts Festival “We 21st Century” was held for the 27th time at the Bulgarian seaside resort Sunny Beach from 16th to 23rd August 2019. The project provided an opportunity for young people to be involved in the whole course of the event, from processing applications and scheduling, to preparing performers and group leaders. Thus, volunteers could gain general knowledge of marketing and public relations, organizational skills and support for participants during the festival, promoting the event on online platforms and social media. The partner organizations of the project are Balkan Rock Initiative - Republic of Serbia, Association for Developing Voluntary Work Novo Mesto, Slovenia. They sent five volunteers from Slovenia, six volunteers from Serbia and five from Bulgaria, selected by their experience with children and proficiency in English language.

For the second consecutive year Art Center Karnolski jointly with International Center for Development of Education and Training works on a project funded under the Erasmus+ program of the European Union by the Center for Human Resource Development. The volunteers from Serbia and Macedonia jointly with Art Center Karnolski have prepared many pleasant surprises for the participants and the audience of International Festival for children and youths "We 21st Century" in wonderful Sunny Beach. The volunteers supported the participants, played and drew with them, searched for treasures, built sand castles on the beach, jointly prepared a special dance.

“Art Center Karnolsky” Association has finished their work on the project “Art festival for children and youth “We XXI century” under the Erazmus + YOUTH КА1 EVS program. The mobility took place in August 2017 in Sunny beach resort and the follow-up activities finished few days ago. Ten volunteers from Macedonia and Serbia participated in the festival preparation with the program Erazmus + EVS and helped the organization of the event for 25 days in August. Before the beginning of the festival they were introduced to the history and work of “Art Center Karnolsky”.
